| Do you ship to locations outside of the United States? |
| In general, we only ship to the USA because of the customs paperwork involved. However, we handle international purchases on a case-by-case basis. If you want to purchase an item to be shipped outside the US, please contact us before checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you. |

Through both Google Checkout and Paypal you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards. Also, Paypal supports e-checks drawn on your Paypal-registered bank account. In addition, dlz4utoo accepts money orders and personal checks. If you choose to use a personal check for your purchase, your order will ship when the check has cleared our bank account, which may take up to 10 working days. If paying with a money order or personal check, please print out a copy of your checkout page and enclose it with your payment. Paypal payments must be received at the time of purchase; mailed payments must be received within 7 business days of checkout.
