Cancellations Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative by email in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Please allow 7 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued. Damage Policy We work hard to accurately describe the condition of the items we sell. With more than 800 positive transactions from more than 635 unique customers and a 100% positive feedback rating from our Ebay account, we have a track record of satisfied customers who are comfortable with the described and received condition of our products. Therefore, unless we have grossly misrepresented an item, we cannot accept returns. However, if this occurs, please notify us by email. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more details. Sometimes damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to replace your damaged item or to issue a refund. Returned Products Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all accessories and documentation. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we have been notified of any problems.
